Biography of Eshli Benson
Ashley Victoria Benson was born on 18 December 1989 in Anaheim Hills, California. From a young age, she was passionate about dancing, learning ballet, jazz, hip-hop and tap. By the age of five, she had already started singing and working as a model, and at the age of eight she was spotted and signed by Ford Models. This marked the first step in her career in the entertainment industry.
Ashley began her acting career with small roles in adverts and guest appearances in TV series, but it was her role as Abigail DeVere in the soap opera *Days of Our Lives*, in which she starred from 2004 to 2007, that brought her real fame. However, she became a truly well-known actress thanks to her portrayal of Hanna Marin in the popular series *Pretty Little Liars*, which ran from 2010 to 2017. For this role, Benson received several Teen Choice Awards, cementing her status amongst Hollywood’s young actors.
As well as television, Ashley has appeared in the films *Wild Holiday*, *Her Scent* and *Private Property*, and also starred in the mini-series *Wild Country*. In recent years, she has broadened her horizons, trying her hand not only as an actress but also as a producer, which speaks to her desire to develop holistically within the film industry.
In her personal life, Ashley married Brandon Davis in 2023, and in 2024 the couple welcomed a daughter named Aspen. Today, Benson continues to work on film and television projects, remaining active and in demand in her profession.
