Biography of Ana de Armas
Ana de Armas, born Ana Celia de Armas Casó, is a Cuban-Spanish actress born on 30 April 1988 in Havana. She has been interested in acting since childhood and enrolled in the National Theatre School of Cuba at the age of 14. She made her film debut in La Rosa de Francia (2006) and rose to fame in Spain thanks to the television series La Laguna Negra (2007–2010). In 2014, she moved to Los Angeles and began her Hollywood career with roles in Who's There? (2015), Blade Runner 2049 (2017), Knives Out (2019, Golden Globe nomination), No Time to Die (2021) and Blonde (2022). In 2024, she is rumoured to be starring in Avengers: Endgame and the Apple TV+ series Bananas. Ana, who speaks Spanish and English, is active on Instagram.
