Anastasia Shardakova (born April 17, 1996, Perm) is one of Russia's most famous fitness bloggers, the “queen of glutes,” and a young mother whose figure has become a benchmark for hundreds of thousands of girls.
Nastya's parents divorced when she was young, but they remained on good terms. Accustomed to independence since childhood, she started working right after school, rented an apartment, and learned to live on her own. In 2017, she took fitness trainer courses and simultaneously launched her Instagram account: honest workouts, “before and after” progress, an emphasis on lower body training, and maximum openness.
In just a couple of years, Shardakova turned her account into a million-dollar project: she sells guides and marathons that really work.
