Biography of Dasha Kaplan
She grew up in a small northern town, attended art school from childhood, and after graduating from local school, she enrolled in a programming course, but a year later she moved to St. Petersburg with her mother. There, in 2015–2016, she started a YouTube channel: simple vlogs, answers to questions, stories about life, complexes, and growing up. Her honesty and lightheartedness instantly made Dasha “one of their own” for hundreds of thousands of viewers.
Her relationship with blogger Yulik (2017–2021) brought her widespread fame: their joint videos and stories became cult classics. After their breakup, Dasha retained and grew her audience, continuing to make videos about self-esteem, psychology, and everyday life.
