Biography of Evandzhelin Lilli
Evangeline Lilly (born August 3, 1979, Fort Saskatchewan, Canada) is a Canadian actress, writer, and one of Hollywood's most recognizable beauties. At 45 (as of 2025), she looks just over 30 thanks to her natural beauty, discipline, and healthy lifestyle.
Since childhood, Evangeline has been passionate about sports: figure skating, snowboarding, soccer, and hockey. In her youth, she received a hockey scholarship to the University of British Columbia, but chose an acting career instead. Her breakthrough came in 2004 when she played Kate Austen in the TV series Lost, which made her a global star. Later, she played leading roles in Ant-Man (Hope van Dyne), True Detective, and other projects.
Her figure (height 168 cm) is the result of daily workouts: running, Pilates, dancing, yoga (especially for stretching and flexibility), rock climbing, and canoeing. She is a vegetarian, practices intermittent fasting, and avoids sugar, which keeps her skin firm and youthful.
Evangeline is not afraid of nude scenes and racy photo shoots: in Lost, Ant-Man, and magazines (Maxim, FHM), she looked natural and sexy, without being vulgar. Her nudity is always perceived as an extension of her grace and strength.
Personal life: From 2003 to 2017, she was married to Norman Culey and had two sons. Since 2017, she has been in a relationship with Canadian hockey player Norman Culey (not to be confused with her ex-husband). In 2025, she is actively filming, writing children's books, and doing charity work.
Evangeline Lilly is the embodiment of femininity, strength, and natural beauty, proving that age is just a number.
