Daria Umnova (stage name Frosya or Frosik, born September 14, 2001, Moscow) is a Russian TikToker, singer, and model, one of the brightest stars of the Russian-speaking internet.
During her school years, she experienced bullying, frequently changed schools, and struggled to make friends. At the age of 14, she struggled with anorexia and, on the advice of her doctor, started playing sports. She gained weight, became a master of sports in weightlifting, and gained confidence. She enrolled in the sports faculty at the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism and planned a career as a fitness trainer.
At the age of 17, she tried her hand at modeling, participating in fashion shows, including international ones. In 2019, she registered on TikTok as Frosya—her first video garnered millions of views, and her content (humorous skits, pranks, positive messages) attracted a multi-million audience. In 2020, she debuted as a singer under the name Frosik with the track “Notice Me,” later releasing several more songs.
In 2024, she was involved in a scandal involving a performance in a restaurant and received an administrative penalty. Personal life: unmarried, no children, openly shares stories about her relationships.
