Anastasia Tukmacheva (stage name Nastya Tukituk, born November 23, 1986, in Saint Petersburg) is one of Russia's most famous fitness bloggers and healthy lifestyle influencers, a Reebok ambassador, and a sports style icon.
She grew up in an ordinary St. Petersburg family, loved exercise since childhood, and began seriously pursuing fitness and proper nutrition in her twenties. In 2013–2014, she started an Instagram account under the username “Tukituk,” sharing her workouts, recipes, and progress. Her honesty, ideal proportions, and positive attitude quickly made her account one of the leading fitness communities on the Russian internet.
