Natalia Zibrova (born 3 April 1988, Saint Petersburg) is one of Russia's most famous fitness bloggers and a prominent representative of the athletic lifestyle on Instagram.
Raised in the northern capital, Natasha was a model child from an early age: she excelled at school, graduating with almost straight As, and, on her parents' advice, enrolled at the prestigious National Research Nuclear University MEPhI. After graduating, she realised that office work and nuclear physics were not her calling.
Instead, Natalia devoted herself entirely to sports and social media. She has been professionally involved in fitness for over ten years, has a perfectly toned figure, and shares her workouts, nutrition, progress, and, of course, spectacular photos in and out of her sportswear on Instagram, Telegram, and VK.
