Biography of Aleksandra Bulycheva
Alexandra Bulycheva was born in Glazov, Udmurtia, and showed a wide range of interests from an early age. At school, she attended an arts lyceum, where she studied the piano whilst also singing in the ‘Glazovchanka’ choir. She was also keen on sport — she took part in athletics, aerobics and fencing, and even tried skydiving. After finishing school, Alexandra moved to Moscow and trained as a metallurgical engineer at MISiS, but soon realised that her true calling lay in the creative arts.
In 2007, Bulycheva began her career in television, working as a presenter on MUZ-TV, TNT and NTV on programmes such as ‘PRO News’, ‘Moscow. Instructions for Use’ and ‘People in a Traffic Jam’. In 2012, she graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute and joined the cast of the ‘Platforma’ project. The actress gained widespread recognition for her roles in the popular TV series *Mumies*, *The Policeman from Rublevka* and *The Method*. One of her most notable roles was the lead in the war drama *I See the Target*.
Today, Alexandra Bulycheva continues to appear regularly in films and on television, starring in romantic dramas and comedies. Thanks to her experience and talent, she remains a sought-after actress on the Russian stage, combining work across various genres and projects.
