Biography of Angelina Poplavskaya
Angelina Poplavskaya was born on 19 January 1997 in the town of Klintsy, in the Bryansk Region. At school, she stood out for her diligence and proactive attitude: she graduated from grammar school with a gold medal, took part in and won various academic competitions, and was also president of her school. Although her parents had hoped she would become a dentist, Angelina herself had aspired to a career in acting since childhood. After finishing school, she enrolled at the Moscow Art Theatre School, where she studied under Igor Zolotovitsky and Sergei Zemtsov, successfully completing her studies in 2018.
That same year, Poplavskaya made her film debut. She gained widespread fame for her role as Kristina, the captain of the volleyball team, in the TV series *Dyldy*. Since then, Angelina has continued to appear regularly in various projects, including *It Could Have Been Different*, *Bad Weather*, *Mastodon*, *Love of the Soviet Union*, *Youth: New Shift* and *Secrets of Arbat*. Thanks to her diverse roles and consistent work in film and television, she has established herself as one of the most promising young actresses in Russian cinema.
