Biography of Lorentsa Izzo
Lorenza Francesca Izzo Parsons was born on 19 September 1989 in Santiago, Chile. She is the daughter of model Rosita Parsons and has Italian ancestry on her father’s side. As a child, Lorenza lived in Atlanta, before moving to Colombia, where she studied journalism at the University of Los Andes. She later trained as an actress at the renowned Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.
Lorenza began her career as a model but eventually switched to acting. She made her film debut in 2011, but it was her roles in Eli Roth’s films, such as *Aftershock*, *Green Hell* and *Knock Knock*, in which she worked alongside Keanu Reeves. She also appeared in Quentin Tarantino’s *Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood* and starred in the popular TV series *Hemlock Grove* and *Hacks*.
Lorenza was married to director Eli Roth from 2014 to 2019. In 2023, she married Sophie Tabet. Today, she continues to act actively in films and on television, taking on a variety of roles — from dramatic to genre-based.
