Natalie (real name Natalya Anatolyevna Rudina, born 31 March 1974, Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast) is a Russian singer, composer and songwriter. She rose to widespread fame in 1997 following the release of her hit ‘The Wind Blew from the Sea’, which became a genuine nationwide smash hit. She has released more than 15 albums during her career. Among her best-known songs are: ‘Don’t Believe the Tears’, ‘Oh God, What a Man!’, ‘Chocolate Bar’, ‘Hey, You There, on the Other Shore’, ‘Beauty’ and many others. Natalie is known for her striking appearance, femininity and strong, distinctive voice. In the 2010s, she enjoyed a second wave of popularity thanks to the viral hit ‘Oh God, What a Man!’, which remains one of the most recognisable tracks in Russian show business to this day. She is 165 cm tall. She has been married to producer Alexander Rudin since 2000, and the couple have three sons.
