Biography of Varvara Borodina
Varvara Borodina is a Russian theatre and film actress, born on 13 March 1989 on the Kola Peninsula (beyond the Arctic Circle). At the age of seven, she moved to Moscow with her family. In 2010, Varvara graduated from the Institute of Contemporary Art (Vladimir Komratov’s course). She later also attended acting classes in San Francisco. The actress gained widespread recognition for her role in the popular youth series *Molodezhka*, where she gave a standout performance. Her other notable works include the films and TV series *Waiting for Dalí*, *Alibi*, *Far and Near*, *The Spell: A Black Wedding*, *Russian Rollercoaster* and *Hardcore Henry*. Varvara successfully combines film work with theatre. She possesses natural charisma and emotional depth, and excels in both dramatic and comedic roles. Today, the actress continues to appear actively in new projects and remains one of the most sought-after young actresses in Russian cinema and the television series market.
