Kristen Ritter is an American actress and model, born on 16 December 1981 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Before embarking on her acting career, she enjoyed a successful modelling career, appearing in magazines and advertising campaigns in New York and Paris. Kristen rose to widespread fame for her role as Jessica Jones in the Netflix series *Jessica Jones* (2015–2019), in which she played a complex, cynical and strong-willed superheroine. This role marked a real breakthrough for her and made her one of the most recognisable stars on streaming platforms. Her other notable roles include Jane Margolis in the cult series *Breaking Bad*, Amy in *Don’t Let Me Go*, as well as appearances in *Veronica Mars*, *Don’t Let Me Go* and *Love in the Big City*. Kristen Ritter has a tall, slender figure (she is 175 cm tall), expressive eyes and a unique charisma that allows her to brilliantly portray both dramatic and ironically cynical characters.
