Biography of Lindsi Lokhan
Lindsay Lohan is an American actress, singer and former teen film star, born on 2 July 1986 in New York. Her career began at a very early age: by the age of 10 she was appearing in adverts, and at 11 she made her debut in the TV series *My So-Called Life*. She rose to fame in 2003–2004 following leading roles in the Disney hits *The Parent Trap* (remake) and, in particular, *Mean Girls*, in which she played Cady Heron. At the same time, Lindsay successfully released two pop albums and became one of Hollywood’s most popular young actresses. However, in the mid-2000s, her career took a sharp downturn due to problems with the law, drugs and alcohol. Following several high-profile scandals and stints in rehabilitation centres, Lindsay disappeared from the big screen for many years. In 2022, she made a successful comeback with the Christmas comedy *Irish Wish* on Netflix. In 2024–2025, Lindsay has been actively filming new projects and says she has finally found stability in her life. Today, she is married to financier Bader Shamas, is raising a son and is trying to reclaim her place in the industry.
