Anna Starshenbaum (born 26 January 1990, Moscow) is a Russian stage and film actress, and one of the most striking and distinctive actresses of her generation. She is the daughter of the renowned actor Vladimir Sterzhakov. She graduated from the Shchukin Theatre Institute. Immediately after graduating, she began appearing regularly in films. She gained widespread recognition for her role in the television series *Zakrytaya Shkola* (2011–2012), in which she played one of the leading roles. Her notable works include: *Molodezhka*, *Thaw*, *Major Grom: The Plague Doctor*, *Text*, *A Lad’s Word: Blood on the Asphalt* and many others. Anna is equally convincing in both dramatic and action-packed projects. She possesses a striking appearance, natural sex appeal and a strong acting presence. She maintains a fairly low profile on social media, rarely posting revealing photos. She is currently unmarried and has no children.
