Yvonne Strahovski is an Australian actress, born on 30 July 1982 in Sydney. She has Polish and Scottish roots, and her real surname is Strzechowski. Yvonne began her career in Australia, appearing in local television series, but it was her role as Sarah Walker in the cult spy series *Chuck* (2007–2012) that brought her international fame. Her portrayal of a clever, strong and charming spy became one of the audience’s favourites. Other notable roles include Hannah McKay in *Dexter* (seasons 7–8), the lead role in *The Handmaid’s Tale*, in which she played Serena Joy, as well as appearances in the films *I, Frankenstein*, *The Manhattan Project* and *Ted 2*. Yvonne Strahovski has a tall, slender figure (176 cm), striking looks and powerful charisma. She plays both sexy, charming heroines and tough, dramatic characters with equal conviction. She has been married to actor Tim Blake Nelson since 2015. The couple have three children.
